On June 24, 2026, a seismic doublet of magnitudes 7.2 and 7.5 struck northern Venezuela, triggering one of the worst humanitarian emergencies the country has faced in decades. In the face of tragedy, the artistic community —inside and outside Venezuela— has responded with a gesture as old as the craft itself: placing the artwork in the service of others.
At Arts Connection Foundation, we believe art is never indifferent to suffering. In times of crisis, creation becomes shelter, food, and hope. That is why we want to gather and highlight some of the initiatives now turning artwork into tangible help for the earthquake’s victims. These are the ones we have been able to verify so far.
Todos x Venezuela
A solidarity catalog led by Venezuelan artist Cristóbal Ochoa (@cristobal8a). It brings together works donated by artists and offered for sale—not at auction—at a 30% discount from their usual price. Pieces located in Madrid are part of a group exhibition; artists from elsewhere take part through the online catalog.
Buyers pay directly to a relief foundation in Venezuela, with no intermediaries, and the artist ships the work. The account keeps highlights with the total raised, receipts, and participation guidelines.
How to take part: artists can join by sending a direct message to @catalogotodosxvenezuela; the public can view and acquire works through the catalog.
Where: @catalogotodosxvenezuela on Instagram.
Gabriela Benaim and Daniel Benaim
Venezuelan artists and cultural managers Gabriela Benaim and Daniel Benaim are leading a digital benefit sale of works donated in full by Venezuelan artists and offered at preferential prices. The pieces are shared through digital portfolios and stay in safekeeping until they are purchased; once a sale is made, the work is shipped directly to the buyer.
Proceeds go to the affected arts community itself—recovering studios and homes, providing support, and covering other urgent needs—through an institutional channel designed to keep the funds fully transparent. It is a phased effort conceived for the long term, with the Caracas arts community as its first focus.
How to take part: access to the digital portfolios will be shared soon.
Arianna León Uberti
Venezuelan artist Arianna León Uberti (@ariuberti), based in the United States, is running her own donation and support campaign for the affected community in Venezuela, which she shares and updates on her profile.
How to take part: by following the donation information the artist posts on her account.

When and where: Friday, July 3, 7:00 p.m., at Taller del Prado, C/ Gran VÃa 16, 5th floor, Madrid.
How to take part: in person, by written bid, or by phone bid (upon request).
Where to learn more: @tallerprado on Instagram.
Christian AlbarracÃn
According to Canal Trece, visual artist Christian AlbarracÃn will offer for sale two of the most significant works from his solo exhibition «Poder Volver», pledging to donate all proceeds to the official humanitarian aid channels operating in the hardest-hit areas. The announcement notes that the artist’s team will expand contact details and the process for tracking the funds, so we recommend reviewing that information before taking part.
Giving with Confidence
With any solidarity initiative, we suggest taking part only through each artist’s or space’s official channels, and verifying where the funds are going before making any contribution. Generosity deserves to reach its destination.
Know of Other Efforts?
This is a living compilation. If you know of other artists, galleries, or spaces mobilizing for Venezuela, leave us a comment on this post or write to us: we will verify them and add them so we can keep amplifying them. Art unites us; today, solidarity unites us too.
